Gerard Baltazar
Gerard Baltazar is Chairman and CEO of the In2Matrix Group, a fast growing international network of employee benefits consulting and brokerage firms in the UK, Continental Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
He was educated in the UK and is a registered member, by examination, of the Financial Services Authority, the industry regulatory body in the United Kingdom.
With over 17 years professional experience in the financial services industry he initially began as a financial planner, advising high net worth clients. Later he began concentrating on advising companies, principally on executive benefits.
In 2003 he founded the business which has grown to more than ten companies worldwide. He currently spearheads initiatives designed to optimize efficiencies within multinational clients in their funding of employee benefits plans across their businesses worldwide.
He served as Chairman of the Employee Benefits Committee for the Association of European Business for three consecutive years. He has written several articles and delivered presentations to industry audiences on employee benefits and is well known in the UK industry.

Dr. Guglielmo Callipari
Mr Callipari studied Law and Economics at the University of Trieste, Italy. He also holds a Doctorate MCL in Law Sciences (Insurance Law). He commenced his career in 1981 when he started working at Generali Life Insurance in Frankfurt. In 1985 (after three years of intensive training at ABA), he became an Employee Benefits Consultant at the Generali International Office in New York . After becoming Director and General Manager at five more Generali Employee Benefits Divisions in Vienna, Frankfurt and Prague dealing with leading DAX and NYSE companies around the world, he became co-founder of In2Matrix.
