Employers spend considerable time, effort and cost in establishing employee benefit arrangements for their employees.  A vital component of any well-considered benefit strategy is to ensure that employees understand and appreciate the value of these benefits and the care and effort taken by their employer.

  • Conducting employee surveys both pre and post benefit implementation.  These can be helpful for employers to consider when designing their benefits strategy and to gain feedback to how the benefit offering has been received by employees.
